Clubs with chess on Saturdays 8

Saturday is the fullest day for club chess around Buenos Aires. Ajedrez Martelli plays a weekly rapid of six rounds at ten minutes plus two seconds from half past six in the evening, the Club Argentino de Ajedrez opens from three until nine, and Mariano Moreno in Coghlan and the Círculo de Ajedrez de Villa Ballester keep their usual afternoon hours.

Saturday is a class day as well. The Villa del Parque club teaches beginner children at two and an intermediate group at four, Chacarita Juniors gives members an initial class for children at eleven and one for young people and adults at noon, and Club Atlético Temperley holds beginner and intermediate classes in the late morning. Adrogué Jaque Club says its rooms are open daily.
